RedStone Ranch Proposal

Accounting System Design, Cleanup & Internal Bookkeeper Training

A complete 6-month engagement to build the financial infrastructure your business now requires - with clean, accurate books, aligned entity structure, fully trained internal support, and clarity around your numbers.

Where You Are Today...

Fast growth. Multiple entities. Multiple accounts. Payroll running through one entity. Business expenses paid from personal cards. A full year of financial activity that hasn’t been captured in a unified system.

You’ve built something big - bigger than the bookkeeping structure supporting it.

Right now:

  • You’re operating without clean, trusted books.

  • You can’t see how each entity is truly performing.

  • Financial information feels scattered, inconsistent, or unclear.

  • Your team is willing, but under-supported — there’s no system to run.

  • You know tax season will be a mess or non-existent unless something changes.

  • You’re carrying too much uncertainty for the size of your business.

  • You already know this needs to be fixed.

This isn’t uncommon - this is simply what happens when a business grows faster than its financial infrastructure.

But 6 Months From Now…

You can have:

  • A fully built, CPA-aligned accounting system across all entities

  • Clean, accurate, tax-ready books you can trust

  • Clear visibility into profitability, spending, and cash flow

  • A trained internal bookkeeper who knows exactly what to do

  • Documented workflows and SOPs your team can follow

  • Monthly reporting that makes sense and supports decision-making

  • Better habits, better systems, and a stronger financial foundation

  • The clarity and confidence to run your business intentionally, not reactively

No more guessing.
No more stress.
No more “we need to get this cleaned up someday.”

This is what your business will look like with the right structure in place.

The Problem

RedStone Ranch is not dealing with a "messy bookkeeping issue"

it’s dealing with the absence of a bookkeeping system.

Today’s challenges are:

No bookkeeping system exists.

There is currently no software setup, chart of accounts, workflow, monthly close, or reporting.
A complete bookkeeping system must be built from the ground up so financial activity can be captured accurately and consistently.

Entity structure is unclear.

With multiple LLCs and shared financial activity, we need confirmation from your CPA on the intended tax treatment and how each entity should report income, expenses, payroll, and owner payments.
Once clarified, that structure becomes the foundation for how the books are built.

A full untangling of the past year is required.

A year of transactions has flowed through multiple accounts and entities without being recorded. There is backlog, commingling, and mixed-use activity that must be reconstructed and corrected while we simultaneously implement the proper system for the future.

The team needs a clear process and training.

Your internal bookkeeper can absolutely succeed, but only once a system exists. They need defined workflows, documented processes, and structured training to maintain accurate, timely books going forward.

What You Shared

During our call, you said something incredibly important:

“We know we need this. We will fail without it.”

And you’re right to feel the urgency.
RedStone Ranch isn’t headed toward failure - it’s ready for the financial structure that matches the scale of what you’re building.

With my help and the plan below, you can stop operating in the dark and finally build the financial foundation the business requires.

The Solution

A complete accounting system design, cleanup, implementation, and training plan.

This engagement is built to take Redstone Ranch from “nothing is structured” to “everything is running smoothly and internally managed” within six months.

Below is the phase-by-phase plan.

Imagine 6 months from now...

a business that feels grounded, steady, and in control. Your financials aren’t a mystery. They’re clear, accurate, and ready whenever you need them.

Taxes aren’t a source of stress because everything is aligned with your CPA and built correctly from the start.

Your internal bookkeeper works confidently with a system designed for her success, and the business runs on clean processes instead of guesswork.

You can see exactly where money is coming from, where it’s going, and what decisions actually move the business forward.

Most importantly, you feel calm and supported, knowing the numbers are right and the structure beneath your growth is finally solid.

Why me?

RedStone Ranch is not a simple bookkeeping project. It requires someone who can look at what exists today, see through the chaos, and guide the business toward a structure that actually supports the future. This is the work I have done with hundreds of business owners over the last decade. I understand what it feels like to grow quickly, to focus on the vision and the clients, and to wake up one day realizing that the financial structure hasn’t kept pace. There is no judgment in that. There is only the opportunity to fix it correctly.

What makes me the right partner for this is the blend of experience I bring. I am a CPA. I am a business owner. And for the last five years, I have also been a teacher, training hundreds of bookkeepers from the ground up. I know how to untangle complicated financial histories, plan for the right tax outcome, simplify what does not need to be complex, and then teach someone else how to run the system with confidence. Most people can do one of those things. I do all of them together.

This means you are not hiring someone to “just clean things up.” You are hiring someone who will design a structure that works, coordinate with your CPA so it is built correctly from day one, advocate for your best interests, and train your full-time bookkeeper so she can carry the system forward. You avoid hiring a six-figure employee. You avoid CPA firms that do not have the bandwidth for this level of work. You avoid years of unnecessary complexity or costly rework. And you gain a partner who can translate everything between your team, your CPA, and the vision you have for the business.

My goal is simple. To bring clarity and stability to your financial operations, to keep the process calm and grounded, and to make sure your internal team feels fully supported and capable. This work is complex, but it is not beyond reach. With the right structure, the right questions, and the right training, it becomes a system that works for you instead of against you. And that is exactly what I am here to build.
